We are looking to appoint an experienced and commercially focused Head of Project Delivery to lead and oversee the successful delivery of projects across a well known manufacturer. This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The successful Head of Project Delivery will provide strategic oversight of project delivery activities, manage project risks and financial performance, and ensure effective coordination between project management, site services, and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the initial contract review process and allocate work within defined timelines and budgets, ensuring all aspects of implementation are effectively managed and project objectives are achieved.
  • Identify project risks proactively and implement appropriate mitigation strategies to minimise impact on delivery, cost, and programme timelines.
  • Take ownership of the financial performance of projects against agreed targets, attending relevant finance meetings and driving commercial accountability across the project function.
  • Work closely with the Project Coordinator and Head of Site Services to plan, prioritise, and schedule site activities, including the coordination of small power transformer builds at WSQ.
  • Develop, implement, and manage robust delivery processes that ensure effective project execution.
