We are a rapidly expanding recruitment business in Horsforth looking for enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our next intake of entry-level recruitment consultants! This is a sales-based role that focuses on helping quality people find their next job in one of our four sectors: Manufacturing, FMCG, Education, and Public Sector.
We don’t expect any previous experience for entry-level roles, so our 6-week stand-out training programme is provided to teach you everything you need to know about recruitment! All we’re looking for is somebody with a standout attitude – the ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and demonstrate a willingness to support the team.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Screening, shortlisting, and formatting CVs.
- Overall regular internal database updates and admin.
- Managing the advertisement of roles, using a range of job boards.
- Assisting compliance processes.
- Finding and supporting candidates through the whole recruitment process.
- Eventually, building up your own contacts!
Your Skills Required:
- Educated to a good standard, with a GCSE grade 4 (formerly a C) or above in English and Maths.
- Organisational and time management skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- A confident and friendly team player.
