About the role
Manufacturing Futures seek to appoint a Compliance Engineer (electro-mechanical) to the Product Management team to certify and confirm regulatory alignment for an already market leading range of products around the UK!
As a Compliance Engineer, you will need to have prior experience of certification of mechanical products and knowledge of highly regulated industry standards.
You’ll be joining a market leading business that offers autonomy within the role and a great working atmosphere.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Ensure electronics product range complies with UK and EU legislation
- Collect and store all supporting documentation
- Perform sample and batch testing of imported electronics products
- Respond to customer requests for compliance information
Your Skills and Abilities:
- A recognised engineering qualification
- Experience in a compliance / certification / approvals role with knowledge of hazardous industry standards
- Strong communication skills
- Well-organised and capable of working autonomously
