About the Role
As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for creating the conditions for high-performing, multidisciplinary teams to succeed. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex digital and technology workstreams, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, to quality, and aligned to business goals. You will act as the bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, fostering transparency, continuous improvement, and a strong delivery culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical workstreams
- Plan, track, and manage delivery milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, testers, architects, and operations
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders
- Champion agile ways of working and continuous improvement
- Ensure smooth transition from project delivery into live service
- Manage delivery governance, reporting, and assurance activities
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong experience delivering digital or technology programmes in complex environments
- Proven agile delivery management experience
- Must be SC or NPPV3 Cleared
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary technical teams
- Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles
- Experience working in public sector or regulated environments (desirable)
