We are looking for an experienced RF Engineer with a strong background in analogue circuitry and design engineering to support the development of advanced high-power and high-energy subsystems within innovative directed energy programmes. This role sits within a fast-paced Digital Intelligence environment and offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies while collaborating closely with customers, partners, and multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and validate RF and analogue circuitry for high-power / high-voltage applications
- Contribute to the development of advanced subsystems within directed energy and energy-intensive platforms
- Apply knowledge of energy storage technologies to system-level design and integration
- Support bid activities, technical proposals, and programme delivery
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, customers, and partners to deliver innovative solutions
Skills & Experience (Qualifications)
- Experienced RF Engineer with strong practical and theoretical knowledge
- Solid background in analogue circuit design
- Proven experience in design engineering within complex systems
- Ideally you will have experience working with high power and/or high voltage systems, alternatively be very willing to learn
- Understanding of energy storage technologies (e.g., capacitive systems, pulsed power, batteries)
- Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and contribute to technically challenging programmes
