Futures are a successful and rapidly expanding recruitment business in Leeds looking for Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join us in our purpose built office. We have been continuously trading for over twenty years with a double digit compound growth rate. We are staffed by experts with decades of experience in their chosen markets. We have a positive culture and adult approach to recruitment.
Our graduate schemes offer every conceivable support mechanism available and consultants are thoroughly trained for a long term rewarding career. We offer great salaries and an uncapped bonus scheme giving appointed Graduate Recruitment Consultants the opportunity to earn commission from your first month with the company. We also understand that people work differently and at their own pace. We support committed consultants who want to progress and help them achieve their own personal ambitions. There is no pressure for instant results, what we ask for is effort alongside a positive attitude and commitment to the role.
Day to day activity is exactly what you would expect: client research, administrative tasks (initially), responding to clients, arranging visits, interviewing candidates, etc. You'll spend your time supporting an existing consultant who will offer direct one-to-one training and support. Over time you'll develop into your own market and so you can win new business and present the right person for each role you work on and generate your own fees.
