Sales Manager UK Retrofit Projects (Power Generation / Marine / Rail / Automotive) UK-wide field role | 1 day per week in office (approx.) We re recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded engineering manufacturer that s expanding its UK retrofit business across power generation, marine, rail and automotive markets.
This is a new opportunity created as part of planned growth.
This is a true new business hunter role, ideal for a commercially driven salesperson who thrives on opening doors, building pipelines, and converting technically complex opportunities into long-term customer partnerships.
As Sales Manager you ll take ownership of UK retrofit project sales, targeting a wide range of applications including: Power generation (typical project values around 100k) Marine (longer-term supply contracts and OEM opportunities) Rail (often 500k+, including work with major operators/OEMs) Off-highway and construction equipment (smaller projects from tens of thousands) This role offers a strong mix of large, strategic contracts and high-volume retrofit opportunities, with plenty of scope to build a long-term territory and make a genuine impact.
