We are recruiting for an experienced Quality Technician to join a busy manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role requiring strong dimensional inspection skills alongside the ability to investigate and resolve quality issues. Key Responsibilities Operate CMM equipment to inspect manufactured components. Perform dimensional inspection using verniers, calipers, micrometers and gauges. Read and interpret engineering drawings and tolerances. Complete first-off, in-process and final inspections. Identify and document non-conformances. Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions. Work closely with Production and Engineering to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence. Maintain accurate inspection and quality records. Support continuous improvement activities. You'll have previous experience within a Quality Technician, Quality Inspector or similar manufacturing role, with hands-on experience using CMM and manual measuring equipment. You'll be confident interpreting engineering drawings and, importantly, able to go beyond identifying defects by finding the root cause and putting corrective actions in place.
