We are recruiting a Headteacher to provide strategic direction and day to day leadership for a co-educational independent day school within an established education group, with a strong focus on growing pupil numbers.

The role:

Lead the school’s vision, strategy and improvement priorities.

Drive high standards of teaching, learning and pupil achievement.

Promote a positive, inclusive culture with high expectations for every pupil.
*
Lead safeguarding and champion pupils’ wellbeing.
*
Recruit, develop and inspire staff, building a collaborative and accountable team.
*
Manage resources and budgets effectively alongside the wider education group.
*
Build strong relationships with families, colleagues and external partners.
*
Maintain a clear understanding of school performance and lead preparation for inspection.
The successful candidate will have:
*
3 years experience as a Head teacher
*
Evidence of leading successful school improvement.
*
A strong understanding of safeguarding, curriculum development and effective teaching.
*
The ability to balance strategic leadership with the practical demands of running a school.
*
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to lead through challenge and change.
*
A clear commitment to inclusion, staff development and positive outcomes for pupils
