Our client, a well-established and growing manufacturing business based across the UK, is looking for a hands-on and results-driven Manufacturing Manager to lead a medium-sized production team and drive continuous improvement across the shop floor. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors and operators, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery deadlines are consistently met.
  • Identify and implement shop floor improvements, including process optimization, waste reduction, and efficiency gains.
