We’re recruiting for a Nursery Manager to join a lovely, well-established family-run nursery in West Leeds.
The current manager is leaving after more than 10 years, so this is a rare opportunity to join a settled setting with a real family feel.
You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the nursery, leading the team, maintaining high standards of care and supporting strong relationships with children and families.
We’re looking for someone who
- Holds a Level 3 childcare qualification or above
- Has experience within an early years setting
- Understands safeguarding, EYFS and Ofsted requirements
- Can lead, support and motivate a nursery team
- Is warm, organised and genuinely passionate about childcare
Previous management experience would be ideal, although an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager who is ready to step up would also be considered.
The role is 40 hours per week, working shifts between 7:30am and 6pm.
Salary is up to £40,000, depending on experience
