Futures are a successful and rapidly expanding recruitment business in Leeds looking for Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join us in our purpose built office. We have been continuously trading for over twenty years with a double digit compound growth rate. We are staffed by experts with decades of experience in their chosen markets. Day to day activity is exactly what you would expect: client research, administrative tasks (initially), responding to clients, arranging visits, interviewing candidates, etc. You'll spend your time supporting an existing consultant who will offer direct one-to-one training and support. Over time you'll develop into your own market and so you can win new business and present the right person for each role you work on and generate your own fees.
