- Conduct root cause analysis on production issues and implement effective corrective and preventative actions.
- Apply structured problem-solving techniques and continuous improvement methodologies to resolve operational challenges.

- Strong understanding of process engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
- Experience leading or supporting process optimisation and continuous improvement projects.
- Knowledge of root cause analysis techniques and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to a range of stakeholders.
