We’re looking for a driven, new business–focused Account Manager to lead growth within the glass packaging market (bottles & jars). This is a true hunter role — focused on identifying, targeting, and winning new customers across sectors such as food, beverage, foodservice, and retail. You’ll be given the autonomy to build your own pipeline, open doors, and convert opportunities into long-term commercial relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively identify and win new business opportunities within glass packaging
- Target and engage manufacturers, brands, wholesalers, and retailers
- Build and manage a strong, self-generated sales pipeline
- Conduct outreach via calls, meetings, and networking to secure new clients
- Develop tailored commercial proposals and pricing strategies
- Negotiate and close deals to deliver revenue growth
- Work closely with the Sales Director and Commercial Team to align strategy
- Maintain and grow newly won accounts into long-term partnerships
- Use market insights and competitor analysis to spot opportunities and gaps
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in new business sales / business development (“hunter” mentality)
- Experience in glass packaging, packaging, or FMCG supply chain (highly desirable)
- Experience selling into food, beverage, foodservice, or retail sectors
- Strong ability to open doors, build relationships, and close deals

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing skills
