Sales Coordinator in Beverley

Futures are recruiting a Business Development Advisor to support our clients sales activity and help create a positive experience for prospective and existing customers. You’ll be one of the first points of contact for incoming enquiries, gathering relevant information and making sure each enquiry is handled promptly and professionally. Working closely with sales and marketing teams, you’ll help keep customer information organised, support business development and telesales activity, and follow company processes throughout. Roles & Responsibilities: Responding to incoming customer enquiries by telephone and other channels Speaking with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and record relevant details Supporting business development and telesales activity through clear, confident communication Coordinating with sales and marketing colleagues to help manage enquiries and share relevant customer information Keeping customer records accurate and current in the company’s CRM system Using research skills to gather information that supports customer conversations and business development work Using Microsoft Office and CRM systems to record, organise and update information Following company processes and contributing to a consistent, professional customer experience The Ideal Candidate Strong telephone manner and communication skills Good research and organisational skills Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems GCSEs in Maths and English A valid driving licence and access to transport You’ll be proactive, professional and able to work collaboratively with colleagues across sales and marketing.
