An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to join a passionate, growing children's residential care provider. You will be joining an established provider in a 4 bed EBD / LD home which currently has one young person. You will be giving exceptional support from the leadership team with recruitment and training so that you can focus your time on the smooth running of the home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a new children's residential home.
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted and all relevant legislation.
  • Build, mentor, and develop your staff team.
  • Maintain and improve quality of care and service delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with the therapeutic team and senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven background working within EBD or LD children's homes.
  • Must be Ofsted registered with at least 6 months experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
