Permresource is recruiting Class 1 Drivers in Warrington for trunking and box work across a national network. THE PACKAGE Earn up to £50,000 per year, with weekly pay and access to modern, well-maintained vehicles. Choose from three working patterns: Working patternTypical start windowsMonday to Friday13:00–16:00Sunday to Thursday16:00–19:00Tuesday to Saturday19:00–22:00 Start windows are listed separately from working patterns; availability depends on the shift. Looking for flexibility? Casual shifts are also available. BEHIND THE WHEEL You’ll handle deliveries and collections across the national network, keeping goods moving safely and on schedule. Your responsibilities include: * Operating Class 1 vehicles safely and professionally. * Completing daily walkaround checks and reporting defects. * Keeping transport documentation accurate and up to date. * Complying with Drivers’ Hours and Working Time Directive requirements. * Communicating with the transport team and delivering a professional service at customer sites. WHAT YOU BRING The essentials: A valid C+E licence, Driver CPC and digital tachograph card. Your licence: No more than six points, with no DD, DR or TT endorsements. Your knowledge: A sound understanding of Drivers’ Hours and Working Time Directive rules. Your approach: Reliable, safety-focused and confident communicating with colleagues and customers.
