We are looking for an experienced Class 1 Container Driver to join our team on a full-time, ongoing basis. If you are a reliable, safety-conscious driver looking for consistent daytime work, we would like to hear from you.
You will be driving modern Class 1 vehicles, completing container deliveries and collections while providing a professional service and ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
The Role- Day shifts with start times between 05:00 and 08:00
- Container deliveries and collections
- Minimal handball primarily driving duties
- Complete vehicle checks before each shift
- Ensure deliveries are completed safely and on time
- Accurately complete delivery paperwork and vehicle records
- Follow all road traffic, driver hours and health regulations
- Class 1 driving experience
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Good understanding of driver hours and road transport legislation
- Reliable, punctual and professional approach to work
- Consistent daytime shifts
- Average 13-hour shifts, with occasional shifts up to 15 hours
