Property/Housing Inspector – Part time – North London – Ideally 14 hours per week – Monday to Friday. The Property Inspector will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of rental properties, ensuring they meet the required standards for habitation and compliance. The role involves educating tenants on maintaining the property, identifying and reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring that tenants adhere to cleanliness and maintenance rules.
