Join a dynamic property management company with a growing portfolio of local authority and social housing properties across London. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that is continuously expanding.

My client are seeking an organised and detail-orientated Property Inspector to support with their portfolio of 160 properties across London. The successful candidate will be required to conduct inspections across London, and the use of your own transport is essential.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Conduct schedules of conditions surveys
  • Conduct occupancy inspections
  • Pre and Post tenancy checks
  • Carry out inspections prior to maintenance works

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Full UK Driver’s License (access to own car or moped is desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail when inspecting properties and compiling reports.
  • Highly organized and able to manage a busy schedule.
  • Understanding of general maintenance queries.
  • Excellent communication skills—face-to-face, orally, and electronically.
  • Confident and professional demeanour.
  • IT proficiency—familiar with MS Office, other general software, tablets, and mobile devices.
