Maintenance Worker Full time – Due to the nature of this role applicants must have a full valid UK driving license Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Salary £28-30,000 Must have own tools to carry out duties Maintenance/Caretaker; Duties include but are not limited to: * Basic plumbing – changing taps, waste pipes etc * Basic electrics – changing sockets, light switches etc * Basic carpentry – doors, handles * Fire safety – knowledge of fire alarm panels, smoke alarms, heat detectors, fire doors, smoke seals, self closers * Mastic * Lock changes * Painting * Maintaining and cleaning of communal areas * Securing unit doors, * Testing of heating and hot water systems. * Repairing or replacing fixtures and fittings * Litter picking externally if required * Maintaining bin areas and ensuring rubbish is placed in bins
