Housing officer role Monday to Friday fully office based in E4 Chingford.

Salary range £25-28,000 per annum subject to experience.

Main duties include:

  • Answering calls from tenants, landlords and local authorities
  • Raising jobs for maintenance repairs
  • Informing landlords of maintenance repairs
  • Instructing contractors for jobs
  • Answering general queries from the local authorities regarding tenants
  • Responding to emails from tenants, landlords and local authorities
  • Logging completed job sheets
  • Approving invoices for instructed works

General knowledge required for repairs. Must have excellent communication and organisational skills and knowledge of using Microsoft IT packages.
