We are looking for a Revenue Analyst for our six hotels! You will be reporting into the Sales, Revenue & Marketing Director within our central support team in Edinburgh .
This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week Monday through Friday.
You will be responsible for analysing, reporting and highlighting opportunities for room revenue for our hotels in Portree, Oban, Glencoe and our new opening in Edinburgh.
Prior experience with Stayntouch and Out Perform systems is preferred, but not required.

What you will be doing:
- Analyse market trends, demand patterns and competitor behaviour to assist with the director in developing revenue strategies
- Collaborate with the Sales, Revenue and Marketing Director
- Monitor and assess pricing strategies
- Prepare weekly, monthly and annual detailed reports including recommendations and analyses for board level
- Sit on weekly revenue calls with the Director and General Managers
- Collaborate with operational teams to understand the impacts of changing revenue
