The Perle Oban Hotel & Spa is hiring an experienced and passionate Restaurant and Bar Manager to join their team. This is a permanent contract, working 45 hours a week, Monday through to Sunday, five days a week.
As the Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will oversee all operational aspects of the restaurant & bar. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will ensure the delivery of an exceptional food & beverage guest experience, and lead, train, and recruit the front of house team. This is a guest-facing role, requiring passion for guest service, strong problem-solving and leadership skills, and pride in your work. Prior experience with Resdiary, Lightspeed, Trustyou, and Rotacloud systems is preferred but not required.
