The Perle Oban Hotel & Spa is hiring a Front of House Team Member to join their team. This is a seasonal contract, with a minimum of 16 hours per week, from Monday to Sunday, 5 days out of 7.

This is a guest-facing position; we seek candidates passionate about guest service and pride in their work. Prior experience with Resdiary and Lightspeed systems is preferred but not required.

Perle Hotels is a small luxury hotel group focusing on a modern hotel experience in Scotland. The hotels have been lovingly restored, providing a haven of tranquillity in stunning Highland locations, with interior designs reflecting the surrounding countryside.

This position is based at The Perle Oban Hotel & Spa, in Oban. It boasts beautiful harbor views and is close to Oban train station and ferry terminal, making it an ideal base for exploring Scotland’s islands and highlands. Built in 1882, the hotel combines Victorian charm with modern style.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve breakfast and dinner promptly
  • Make drinks and cocktails
  • Greet and serve guests according to hotel standards, ensuring exceptional service
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization
  • Communicate with the department head and team, sharing guest feedback
  • Maintain a positive and proactive attitude
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines regarding food allergens
