The stunning Glencoe House Hotel is looking for a seasonal F&B Assistant. You will be working between 15 to 40 hours per week from Monday to Sunday, 5 days out of 7.
This is a guest-facing position; we seek candidates who are passionate about guest service, possess problem-solving skills, and take pride in their work.

This position is based at The Glencoe House Hotel in Glencoe. Glencoe House, built by Lord Strathcona in 1896, sits majestically overlooking Scotland\’s most famous Highland landscape. The stunning property has been lovingly restored and contains two distinctive concepts, both of which offer elegant but relaxed and sumptuous suites.
Duties And Responsibilities:
- Serve breakfast and dinner promptly.
- Greet and serve guests to the hotel\’s standards by delivering exceptional service.
- Keep the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation through the department.
- Communicate with head of department & team and share feedback from guests.
- Always maintain a positive and proactive attitude.
