The Opportunity

Perle Hotels is seeking a skilled, motivated, and hands-on Sous Chef to support the Head Chef at Am Braigh, the signature restaurant within the Bracken Hide Hotel.

The Bracken Hide is looking for a Sous Chef to join their concept restaurant in Portree, the Isle of Skye.

This is a full-time 45 hours a week permanent contract reporting into and supporting the Head Chef.

The Am Braigh restaurant offers the best of Skye produce, cooked elegantly, in a modern setting.

The menu highlights the wide variety of produce, seafood and delicacies from the amazing Skye larder.

As a Sous Chef we seek candidates who are guest-focused and dedicated to creating memorable culinary experiences.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring that all health and safety procedures in a kitchen adhere to the highest standards.

We seek individuals who take pride in their work, showcasing passionate guest service in every dish.
