Key Responsibilities
- Wash, clean, and sanitise kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, and glassware.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout kitchen, storage, and preparation areas.
- Support chefs and kitchen colleagues with basic food preparation when required.
- Assist with deliveries, stock rotation, and organisation of kitchen supplies.
- Safely dispose of waste and support recycling procedures.
- Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment at all times.

- Previous kitchen or cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
