Our Bosville, Marmalade and Bracken Hide Hotels are hiring a Night Porter to join their teams in Portree, The Isle of Skye. This is a permanent contract, and you will be working a minimum of 16 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, from Monday to Sunday.
This is a guest-facing position; as a night porter, you will be the first point of contact for guests at the hotel, making it crucial to create a great impression. The night porter should be professional, polite, knowledgeable, self-motivated, and helpful, always ready to assist customers with a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction. Multi-tasking and functioning under pressure are part of the daily routine. The Night Porter will often be the only person in the hotel, and as such must be comfortable working on their own.
We seek candidates who are passionate about guest service, possess problem-solving skills, and take pride in their work. Prior experience with Stayntouch and Lightspeed systems is preferred, but not required.
