Currently, our London office is recruiting for a passionate Strategist I/II to join our our Advisory Services team.

This is a truly exciting opportunity for someone who’s interested in data and business to work with a creative design firm, delivering data driven solutions within a collaborative team environment. We are keen to review Junior to Intermediate applicants who have between 0-4 years’ experience within the industry.

Common baseline responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Providing assistance throughout projects under routine guidance; proactively contributes to overall success of the team by adhering to firm and project goals and standards of excellence in design, execution, and living design.
  • Contributing to materials for client presentations.
  • Assisting with documenting information relative to programming analysis, space plans, and area calculations.
  • Participating in collaborations with design teams to evaluate design options based on client-driven criteria.
  • Preparing and contributing to data collection through interviews, focus groups, end-user surveys, observation, and post occupancy evaluation.
  • Confident in leading the cleaning and analysis of data.
  • Providing assistance with change management documentation and activities (optional).
  • Using a creative approach to complete tasks and responsibilities on projects in an organised, timely, and consistent way.
  • Self-checks work for accuracy, omissions, legibility, and for document compliance.
  • Proactively asks questions and expresses curiosity about the world of design and the industry at large.
  • Providing support to tasks within project teams and studio activities.
  • Keeps open communication within team and with designated team leader.

Required Technical Skills and Certifications

  • Data analysis

Software:

  • Presentation Tools (InDesign, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Data Analysis Software and Excel.
  • Power BI

Education:

  • Professional degree in facility planning, architecture, interior design, urban studies, industrial engineering or other related STEM degrees.
