Overview
Currently, we are hiring for a technically minded Senior Architect with 8-years’ experience to join our Dublin studio. We are an award-winning international design firm and industry leaders in commitment to sustainable design. Our Dublin Studio is established as one of the most successful design firms in the UK and Europe, delivering a wide range of professional design services including corporate interiors, strategic workplace consultancy services, new build architecture, large scale urban design and planning development and hospitality.
Responsibilities
Essential requirements include, but aren’t limited to:
- Contribute to the development of the technical team expertise including technical detailing, Technical Specification writing knowledge and/or NBS production, regulatory compliance, tender and construction packages.
- Must have working experience with Building Regulations, including BCAR
- Notable experience working across the commercial and workplace sector.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on site.
- Must be RIAI registered.
