This role is part of our 2026 London Graduate Recruitment Scheme, so is only open to recent BA/RIBA Part I graduates who have completed their degree in 2025 or 2026. As part of this scheme, all successful graduates will be offered a permanent contract to work with Perkins&Will.

Overall responsibilities will include (but aren't limited to):
- Provides assistance throughout the design process under routine guidance; contributes to the overall success of the team by adhering to firm and project goals and standards of excellence in design, execution, and Living Design.
- Supports preparation of creative and innovative design ideas, concepts, and solutions while participating as an integral member of the design team.
- Assists in preparing presentation materials using design application skills and creative ideas.
- Proactively asks questions and expresses curiosity about the world of design and the industry at large.
- Uses a creative approach to perform tasks and responsibilities on projects in an organised, timely, and consistent way.
- Provides support to tasks within project teams (may focus on individual detailed tasks) and studio activities.
- Communicates ideas and thoughts in a way that inspires others.
- Participates in design reviews, charettes, and pin-ups.
Critical baseline skills, abilities and certifications:
- Personable, presentable and a clear communicator.
- Sound understanding of building codes, standards and regulations.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Strong hand-sketching ability.
- Strong visual and graphic communication ability.
- Sound understanding of physical models tools.
Required software skills:
- Rhino
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Desirable software skills:
- Revit
- Grasshopper
- Enscape/VRay
Essential Education Requirement: BA University Degree in Architecture/RIBA Part I Accredited course.
