Our London studio is seeking a proactive and highly organised Communications Coordinator to join the wider Marketing team, working closely with the Communications Manager. This role is suited to someone at coordinator level with excellent communication and organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and an interest in architecture, design, and the built environment. The successful candidate will support a broad range of internal and external communications activities across our London and Dublin studios, helping to raise the profile of our people, projects, and ideas.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support the Communications Manager across a broad range of activities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • PR activity across projects, thought leadership, studio news, and people initiatives.
  • Creating and coordinating content for social media platforms, aligned with studio priorities and the wider corporate communications calendar.
  • Maintaining and updating website content.
  • Award submissions, ceremony attendance, and related administration.
  • Internal communications to keep studios informed about news, events, and achievements.
  • Photography shoots and maintaining image libraries and digital assets.
  • Researching and organising speaking opportunities, managing memberships, and industry engagement initiatives.
  • Managing uploads to online marketing libraries and maintaining marketing documentation and databases.
  • Helping to ensure consistency and quality across all communications materials.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • 2 years of relevant professional experience in communications, as evidenced by their CV and portfolio.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Understanding of marketing and communications principles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms including LinkedIn and Instagram.

Desirable:

  • Experience with Canva.
  • Previous experience in architecture, design, engineering, or construction sectors.
  • Familiarity with OpenAsset.
Education

A degree in a relevant subject is preferred, but not essential. We welcome applicants from a range of disciplines, including:

The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week), operating from 9:00am to 5:30pm, with a competitive salary.
