This role is part of our 2026 London Graduate Recruitment Scheme, so is only open to recent BA/RIBA Part I graduates who have completed their degree in 2025 or 2026. As part of this scheme, all 2026 graduates will be offered a permanent contract to work with Perkins&Will.

Overall responsibilities will include (but aren't limited to):
- Provides assistance throughout the design process under routine guidance; contributes to the overall success of the team by adhering to firm and project goals and standards of excellence in design, execution, and Living Design.
- Supports preparation of creative and innovative design ideas, concepts, and solutions while participating as an integral member of the design team.
- Assists in preparing presentation materials using design application skills and creative ideas.
- Proactively asks questions and expresses curiosity about the world of design and the industry at large.
- Uses a creative approach to perform tasks and responsibilities on projects in an organised, timely, and consistent way.
- Provides support to tasks within project teams (may focus on individual detailed tasks) and studio activities.
- Communicates ideas and thoughts in a way that inspires others.
- Participates in design reviews, charettes, and pin‑ups.
Critical baseline skills, abilities and certifications:
- Essential education requirement: BA University Degree in Architecture/RIBA Part I Accredited course.
- Proficiencies: Personable, presentable and a clear communicator. Sound understanding of building codes, standards and regulations. Strong time management and organisational skills. Strong hand‑sketching ability. Strong visual and graphic communication ability. Sound understanding of physical models tools.
- Required software skills: Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Desirable software skills: Revit, Grasshopper, Enscape/VRay.
