Role Overview
We are looking for a BIM Coordinator to support the digital delivery capability of our London Workplace Interiors studio.
The role will provide hands-on support to Workplace project teams using Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM workflows, Revit add-ins and Enscape. The focus is practical and studio-facing: helping designers solve live project issues, improve model quality, follow agreed workflows and build confidence in day-to-day digital delivery.
This is a support, coordination and capability-building role for a busy interiors studio to support diverse design team with a range of Revit experience and skill-sets.
Purpose of the Role
The successful candidate will work to raise the baseline of Revit, BIM and digital workflow capability across the Workplace Interiors team.
They will support live projects, maintain consistent digital delivery standards, and act as an approachable first point of contact for Revit, BIM, ACC, add-in and Enscape related questions.
Key Responsibilities
Studio and Project Support
- Provide day-to-day Revit, BIM and digital workflow support to Workplace project teams.
- Troubleshoot live project issues including model setup, worksharing, links, views, sheets, schedules, families, file performance, Revit add-ins and plugins.
- Assist with project setup, including templates, coordinates, linked files, worksets, shared parameters and browser organisation.
- Support model health checks, audits and issue resolution.
- Help teams use Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360 effectively for file sharing, coordination and issue management.
- Support basic coordination workflows, including linked and federated model review where required.
- Support approved Revit add-ins and plugins, including Enscape, helping teams use them appropriately for design development, reviews and client-facing outputs.
- Troubleshoot common Enscape issues relating to model setup, performance, materials, lighting, views, assets and exports.
Standards, Content and Quality
- Help maintain and improve Workplace Revit templates, content libraries and standard workflows.
- Support consistent use of naming conventions, parameters, schedules, families and documentation standards.
- Identify recurring model issues, content gaps and workflow problems across projects.
- Feed back common support themes, risks and improvement opportunities to the Digital Practice Team.
- Produce short guidance notes, workflow explainers and training material where needed.
Training and Capability Building
- Provide informal desk-side support and targeted training.
- Support onboarding for new starters in Revit and studio digital workflows.
- Help junior and mid-level designers become more confident and consistent in Revit.
- Contribute to workshops, clinics and internal knowledge-sharing.
Essential Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in architecture, interiors, BIM, design technology or a related field.
- Strong practical Revit capability, ideally in workplace interiors, commercial fit-out or architectural delivery.
- Good understanding of Revit project setup, worksharing, linked models, families, schedules, sheets and documentation workflows.
- Experience supporting other users with Revit or BIM issues.
- Working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360.
- Awareness of Revit add-ins, plugins and productivity tools.
- Strong knowledge of Enscape and similar real-time visualisation tools.
- Understanding of BIM coordination and model quality principles.
- Clear communicator with a helpful, approachable manner.
- Able to explain technical issues simply to non-expert users.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable supporting multiple project teams.
Desirable Experience
- Experience in workplace interiors, commercial interiors, fit-out or refurbishment.
- Understanding of ISO 19650 principles.
- Experience with ACC Model Coordination, Navisworks, Revizto or similar coordination tools.
- Experience developing complex Revit families, templates or shared parameters.
- Experience delivering internal training or user support.
- Familiarity with Rhino, Power BI, Excel or Dynamo.
Person Profile
We are looking for someone who is technically strong, practical and approachable.
The right person will enjoy helping others, solving problems and improving the way teams work. They will be confident supporting designers with varying levels of Revit experience and able to balance immediate project support with longer-term improvements to standards, content and workflows.
They should understand that the role is not just about fixing Revit problems. It is about improving consistency, reducing project risk and helping the studio build better digital delivery habits.
What Success Looks Like
- Designers have a clear, reliable point of contact for Revit, BIM, ACC, add-in and Enscape support.
- Project teams receive faster support on live delivery issues.
- Models are cleaner, more consistent and better managed.
- Common issues are captured and turned into guidance, training or workflow improvements.
- Revit confidence improves across the Workplace Interiors studio.
- Digital Practice has better visibility of recurring project risks and support needs.
