As a Bid Assistant for our studio, we will expect you to have 0-2 years’ experience, preferably in the Architecture / Interiors / Engineering / Construction industry. In this role, you will be working closely with our in-house marketing team which includes 3 Bid Coordinators and will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager. This position will be perfect for someone who wants to find a role where they can really grow and develop themselves as a marketing professional within a supportive studio environment.

Overall Responsibilities will include (but aren’t limited to):

  • Preparing proposals, qualifications and presentations for prospective clients
  • Supporting bid coordinators to coordinate project teams to hit deadlines
  • Drafting, editing, organising and proofing various marketing collateral, including proposal content, project sheets, resumes, brochures and presentations to ensure content is comprehensive, competitive and client specific as well as in accordance with the Perkins&Will brand standards
  • Keeping boilerplate information including CV’s and case studies up to date
  • Downloading and reviewing public tender documents
  • Assisting in the management of project and client data in firmwide databases and marketing collateral
  • Working within a bid team to create winning bids
