Perkins+Will in London is seeking a part-time Office & Facilities Administrator to support a dynamic multi-disciplinary team at our Holborn studio.

You will handle front-of-house services, coordinate meetings and events, and assist the Facilities Manager to ensure agile, smooth operations.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract (30h/week, Mon–Thu) based at our 150 Holborn studio in Chancery
