The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

This role is part of our 2025 Graduate Recruitment Scheme, so is only available for recent BA/RIBA Part I Graduates who have completed a university qualification within the last 12-month period. As part of this scheme, all Graduates will be offered a 12-month Fixed-Term contract to work with Perkins&Will.

Overall responsibilities will include (but aren’t limited to):

  • Provides assistance throughout the design process under routine guidance; contributes to the overall success of the team by adhering to firm and project goals and standards of excellence in design, execution, and Living Design.
  • Supports preparation of creative and innovative design ideas, concepts, and solutions while participating as an integral member of the design team.
  • Assists in preparing presentation materials using design application skills and creative ideas.
  • Proactively asks questions and expresses curiosity about the world of design and the industry at large.
  • Uses a creative approach to perform tasks and responsibilities on projects in an organised, timely, and consistent way.
  • Provides support to tasks within project teams (may focus on individual detailed tasks) and studio activities.
  • Communicates ideas and thoughts in a way that inspires others.
  • Participates in design reviews, charettes, and pin-ups.

Critical baseline skills, abilities and certifications:

  • Personable, presentable and articulate.
  • Sound understanding of building codes, standards and regulations.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong hand-sketching ability.
  • Strong visual and graphic communication ability.
  • Sound understanding of physical models tools.

Software skills:

  • Revit [Required]
  • Grasshopper [Required]
  • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) [Required]
  • Rhino [Desirable]
  • Enscape / VRay [Desirable]

Education Requirement:

  • A BA Degree in Architecture/RIBA Part I Accredited course [Required].
