Role Overview

We are looking for a BIM Coordinator to support the digital delivery capability of our London Workplace Interiors studio.

The role will provide hands-on support to Workplace project teams using Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM workflows, Revitadd-insandEnscape.The focus is practical and studio-facing: helping designers solve live project issues, improve model quality, follow agreedworkflowsandbuild confidence in day-to-day digital delivery.

This is a support,coordinationand capability-building role for a busy interiors studioto supportdiversedesignteamwith arange of Revit experienceandskill-sets.

Purpose of the Role

Thesuccessfulcandidate willworktoraise the baseline ofRevit,BIMand digital workflow capabilityacross the Workplace Interiors team.

Theywill support live projects,maintainconsistent digital delivery standards, and act as an approachable first point of contact for Revit, BIM, ACC,add-inandEnscaperelated questions.

Key Responsibilities

Studio and Project Support

  • Provide day-to-day Revit,BIMand digital workflow support to Workplace project teams.
  • Troubleshoot live project issues including model setup,worksharing, links, views, sheets, schedules, families, file performance, Revitadd-insand plugins.
  • Support model health checks,auditsand issue resolution.
  • Help teams use Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360 effectively for file sharing,coordinationand issue management.
  • Support basic coordination workflows, including linked and federated model review whererequired.
  • Support approved Revit add-ins and plugins, includingEnscape, helping teams use them appropriately for design development,reviewsand client-facing outputs.
  • Troubleshoot commonEnscapeissues relating to model setup, performance, materials, lighting, views,assetsand exports.

Standards, Content and Quality

  • Helpmaintainand improve Workplace Revit templates, contentlibrariesand standard workflows.
  • Support consistent use of naming conventions, parameters, schedules,familiesand documentation standards.
  • Identifyrecurring model issues, contentgapsand workflow problems across projects.
  • Feed backcommon supportthemes,risksand improvement opportunities to the Digital PracticeTeam.
  • Produce short guidance notes, workflow explainers and training material where needed.

Training and Capability Building

  • Provide informal desk-side support and targeted training.
  • Support onboarding for new starters in Revit and studio digital workflows.
  • Help junior and mid-level designers become more confident and consistent in Revit.
  • Contribute to workshops,clinicsand internal knowledge-sharing.
  • 3โ€“5 yearsโ€™ experience in architecture, interiors, BIM, designtechnologyor a related field.
  • Strong practical Revit capability, ideally in workplace interiors, commercial fit-out or architectural delivery.
  • Good understanding of Revit project setup,worksharing, linked models, families, schedules,sheetsand documentation workflows.
  • Experience supporting other users with Revit or BIM issues.
  • Working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360.
  • Awareness of Revit add-ins,pluginsand productivity tools.
  • StrongknowledgeofEnscapeandsimilar real-time visualisation tools.
  • Understanding of BIM coordination and model quality principles.
  • Clear communicator with a helpful, approachable manner.
  • Able to explain technical issues simply to non-expert users.
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable supporting multiple project teams.
  • Experience in workplace interiors, commercial interiors, fit-out or refurbishment.
  • Understanding of ISO 19650 principles.
  • Experience with ACC Model Coordination, Navisworks,Reviztoor similar coordination tools.
  • Experience delivering internal training or user support.
  • Familiarity with Rhino, Power BI,Excelor Dynamo.
