Role overview

The Carriage Hall is looking for an Wedding & Events Supervisor. If you are looking to take a step up in your career, have a passion for hospitality and love making peoples day.

This is a hands-on operational role where you will have responsibility for assisting in the management team to deliver exceptional levels of service in a busy environment.

The role will include

  • Working along side our managment team to deliver great memories for our wedding couples and hosts.
  • Ensuring the team have the skills and knowledge to carry out their tasks.
  • Liaising with suppliers and keeping constant communication with all departments during a event.
  • Completing weekly admin tasks
  • Ensuring we are making everybody's day

The role requires evening and weekend work, opening up and locking up responsibilities, ensuring the hall is immaculate at all times, ensuring the business complies with health and safety laws etc. and assisting the venue manager in achieving financial targets.

The candidate must be guest and team focused, immaculately presented, have great people management skills and a keen eye for detail.

The role demands that this person works very well under pressure.
