PerkinElmer is seeking an Engineering Manager, R&D β€” Material Characterization in High Wycombe, UK. You will lead a multidisciplinary team spanning mechanical, optical, electronics, software and firmware to deliver high-precision instrumentation for IR, UV-Vis and Thermal analysis.

Reporting to the Director of R&D, you will drive project delivery, implement design for excellence, collaborate with Product Management, Quality and Supply Chain, and develop talent in a fast-paced industrial research environment.
