This role exists to ensure that the Strategic Product Manager and NPI Product Managers are free to focus on strategy, market development, and new product introduction — by providing dedicated ownership of the day-to-day operational product management work that keeps the existing portfolio running smoothly and competitively. The Operations Product Manager is a junior-to-mid-career product management role, working under the direction of the Strategic PM or VP Product Line. Their scope is defined and delegated — they are not expected to set portfolio strategy or own roadmap decisions, but they are expected to execute with discipline, elevate intelligently, and develop toward broader product management responsibility over time. We are offering a hybrid working contract split between home and our offices in High Wycombe. Responsibilities SKU elevate above-threshold requests to the Strategic PM with supporting data Quality provide regular status updates to the Strategic PM and VP Product Line Coordinate with Operations and Supply Chain on parts availability, lead times, and backlog — communicating timeline impacts to commercial stakeholders Commercial Operations Support Support the sales organisation with product configuration guidance, compatibility questions, and order-specific queries that require product management input Maintain and update competitive comparison resources, product FAQs, and technical specification sheets as product and competitive information evolves Track key product line KPIs — order intake, backlog, inventory, and field feedback — and provide regular reporting to the Strategic PM Support NPI launches with operational readiness tasks: SAP setup, price book entry, configuration guide development, and sales team resource publication Required Qualifications
