Position Overview
We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist to lead and coordinate PerkinElmer’s external media partnerships, managing relationships with industry websites, programmatic networks, and digital publishers. This role will execute digital media buys to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and qualified traffic while ensuring campaigns meet budget, targeting, and performance goals. The 3rd Party Media Specialist will also collaborate closely with the Marketing Analyst to ensure all paid media campaigns are consistently optimized for performance and efficiency, as well as the Regional Marketing Managers.
We offer hybrid working with 3 days per week in our High Wycombe office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage external media partners, including industry websites, programmatic platforms, and sponsored content providers.
- Develop and execute paid media plans aligned with campaign objectives, audience segments, and business goals.
- Negotiate media packages and placements to ensure cost efficiency and optimal exposure.
- Coordinate creative asset delivery, ensuring timely and accurate campaign launches across all partners.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align on messaging, targeting, and measurement strategies.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance across publishers and platforms, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Work in close partnership with the Marketing Analyst to analyze data, identify trends, and drive continuous campaign optimization across all channels.
- Track and report on performance metrics such as impressions, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and recommend innovative channels for brand growth.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, data privacy standards, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience managing media partnerships or programmatic campaigns in a B2B environment.
- Strong vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in campaign tracking and performance analytics.
- Familiarity with programmatic buying platforms, DSPs, and ad servers.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on cross-team collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make optimization recommendations.
