Perkbox is looking for an Escalation Manager within the Clinical Service Delivery team in the UK. You will own the complaints and service issue process across EAP and clinical services, reporting to the Clinical Director and coordinating with the Head of EAP Operations.
You will ensure thorough investigations, timely responses, and learning from every case, while maintaining data protection and confidentiality.
