Perkbox, a leading employee experience platform, seeks a commercially minded solicitor for a nine-month maternity cover role within the Governance, Risk and Compliance team. You will negotiate and draft high volumes of commercial agreements, including SaaS contracts and NDAs, and advise on data privacy and regulatory obligations.
You will work independently, collaborating with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Finance, while supporting DPAs and multi-jurisdictional compliance across UK/EU.
