What you’ll be doing (in a nutshell):
The SDR team at Perkbox Vivupis the engine room of the go-to-market function. As an integral part of the team in London, you’ll work to generate new business opportunities that drive our pipeline growth across the EMEA region. You’ll work with both Marketing-generated inbound and self-generated outbound leads to create qualified opportunities for our Account Executives to close. You’ll be prospecting through various channels in order to share our employee value proposition, taking the opportunity to face and handle objections head-on and explain the real impact that Perkbox Vivup can have on employees.
Day to day you can expect to:
- Proactively source new outbound leads.
- Generate interest in Perkbox Vivupby utilising multiple channels including email, phone calls, LinkedIn and video.
- Book and take qualification calls with prospects to uncover their needs & qualify or disqualify them as an opportunity.
- Clearly communicate the Perkbox Vivup value proposition and sensitively navigate and overcome objections.
- Deliver fantastic customer service to prospects throughout all aspects of the sales process.
- Schedule demos of the Perkbox Vivup platform with qualified prospects for our team of Account Executives.
- Clearly communicating with the AEs to ensure a smooth lead handover process.
- Update and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads in Salesforce and ensure consistently good data hygiene.
- Collaborate with the SDR team, sharing best practises, peer to peer training and supporting a culture of constant learning.
What are we looking for?
- 1 year+ of sales related experience
- Strong Communication Skills – Confident, clear communicator, comfortable making outbound calls and sending emails to potential leads.
- Goal-Oriented – Motivated to meet or exceed lead-generation targets and KPIs.
- Proactive Attitude – Able to identify new opportunities and stay resilient in reaching out to potential clients.
- Research Skills – Ability to research and identify potential leads within target markets.
- Interest in Sales and Business Development – Eager to learn sales techniques, understand the sales funnel, and support the sales team’s efforts.

1. A 1 hour interview with the Global Head of Sales Development
2. An at-home task
