What you’ll be doing (in a nutshell): As a Partner Success Executive at Perkbox Vivup, you’ll be the go-to person for managing and maintaining our perks offerings, resolving technical issues, and ensuring our partners feel supported every step of the way. You’ll be the bridge between our internal teams and our partners, ensuring feedback is heard, acted upon, and used to continuously improve our offerings. From creating and updating perks to collaborating with customer success, marketing, and product teams, you’ll have the chance to make a tangible impact on the business.

Day to day you can expect to:

  • Create, update, and manage perks to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or technical issues in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Partner with various departments to address feedback and improve satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and documentation of partner interactions.
  • Uphold high standards in data management and quality assurance.

The Interview Process: Our interview process involves 4 main stages: Application, Short call with a member of the TA team, 30-minute video call with Hiring Manager and one other team member, Final Interview and task with two members of the team. Our average process takes around 2-3 weeks, but we will always work around your availability. You will have the chance to speak to our recruitment team at various points during your process.
