What you’ll be doing (in a nutshell):
As a member of our EAP team, you’ll provide confidential, in-the-moment telephonic support and assessment services to employees of customer organisations during night shifts. You will support individuals facing challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, financial concerns, and family issues.
In your role, you’ll utilise technology to stay connected with the team while working remotely, delivering structured counselling and psychological support within a stepped care model. You will help triage clients into appropriate internal and external support pathways while contributing to a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

To be successful you’ll have:
- A minimum Level 4 Diploma in Counselling.
- Registered or accredited membership with a professional body (e.g., BACP, NCS).
- Experience in a fast-paced counselling or mental health environment.
- Enhanced DBS (we can assist with processing if needed).
Desirable but not essential:
- Experience in Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) or workplace mental health.
- Familiarity with psychological assessment tools and stepped care approaches.
