  • Lead and actively contribute to agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives
  • Identify, manage and mitigate risks, dependencies and critical path activities
  • Track key milestones, KPIs and engineering health metrics such as velocity, cycle time and release performance
  • Own bug triage processes and ensure SLA adherence across teams
  • Facilitate kick-offs, status updates, roadmap reviews and cross-functional alignment sessions
  • Provide proactive, data-backed updates to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, up to date and audit-ready
  • Champion Scrum best practice and continuously refine our delivery workflows
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tooling

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • Experience administering and working within Jira
  • Proven ability to manage multiple large‐scale engineering projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to create alignment across engineering, product, design, data and leadership teams
  • Confidence operating in a fast‐paced, collaborative and scaling environment

Bonus points if you bring:

  • Familiarity with AI tools used in software delivery and automation
  • Previous experience as a software engineer or product manager
  • Experience engaging with customers to translate business needs into technical execution
  • A natural curiosity and commitment to continuous professional development
