UK Remote | Part time | 36 hours â 3 x 12 hour shifts. You will be a psychological care clinician embedded in an organisation that supports your personal and professional growth. You will receive an onboarding experience and training for your role. Daily you will benefit from oneâtoâone clinical and peer supervision and case management, and a monthly programme for continual professional development.
Day To Day
- Accept referrals and assess clients using validated risk assessment tools.
- Provide immediate emotional support, psychoeducation, and counselling interventions via telephone.
- Offer guidance on support options, including internal psychological pathways and external resources such as CABâstyle advice and national/local agencies.
- Make informed decisions about the suitability of new referrals, ensuring alignment with TERC protocols.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to data collection via COREâNet.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring stepped care arrangements.
- Support managers and key personnel in customer organisations with relevant client information as appropriate.
- Operate within an inclusive, recoveryâfocused framework that respects diversity and equal opportunities.
Qualifications
- A minimum Level 4 Diploma in Counselling.
- Registered or accredited membership with a professional body (e.g., BACP, NCS).
- Experience in a fastâpaced counselling or mental health environment.
- Enhanced DBS (we can assist with processing if needed).
Desirable But Not Essential
- Experience in Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) or workplace mental health.
- Familiarity with psychological assessment tools and stepped care approaches.
