The Growth Marketing Director is responsible for driving qualified pipeline and supporting B2B revenue objectives at Perkbox. This role leads the strategy and execution of demand generation, integrated campaigns, brand activation and channel performance to deliver measurable commercial impact. Growth Marketing connects new business and client growth objectives across campaigns, channels and operations – ensuring SaaS revenue growth, benefit penetration and new public sector lives are supported by a scalable, data‑driven growth engine. You will operate at the intersection of commercial strategy and marketing execution, translating go‑to‑market priorities into predictable pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Day‑to‑day you can expect to:

  • Pipeline & Revenue Growth
  • Own qualified lead and pipeline generation targets across private and public sector segments.
  • Drive new business acquisition through integrated, multi‑channel demand programmes.
  • Lead public sector go‑to‑market activity to generate and convert new public sector lives.
  • Build scalable client growth initiatives that drive SaaS revenue expansion through upsell and cross‑sell, and increased benefit penetration and utilisation across the existing client base.
